We are so thrilled with our Three Rivers vacation property.? We love the smell of the trees, the quiet, the stars at night, the wildlife, the variety of activities all year around, and the people that have been so friendly.? One of the best parts is the sun; it is so much sunnier here than in Portland that we always find ourselves smiling when we break through the clouds into the sun as we come out of the Mt. Hood forest.? It is so good for the soul.

Elaine Budden has gone above and beyond the regular realtor´s role by connecting us with great builders, lenders familiar with the area, insurance agents, and introductions to our neighbors all long after the sale of the land was completed.? She has always been happy to help when we have asked for her advice.? She knows this unique area so very well and her expertise has made our vacation home a success.? We talked to other realtors, but Elaine was more knowledgeable and interested in making a good neighbor more than just making a sale. ?We cold called her, and in the end we consider her a friend and are grateful to her for all her help.

Three Rivers has enough rules to keep people safe, but at the same time enough freedom to have some fun.? We enjoy boating and swimming all summer, dirt bike riding in the spring and fall, and we are an easy commute to the best skiing in Oregon in the winter.? The kids love it, we love it, and we look forward to enjoying it into our senior years with grandchildren.?
