Elaine Budden and her husband, David, purchased property in the heart of the Central Oregon Three Rivers Recreational Area of Lake Billy Chinook in 1981.  Over the years they have fished, hunted, rode their ATVs and built a home as they enjoyed this rural, pristine area.

Our home is solar-powered and we truly lack nothing....we have satellite TV, high speed internet, excellent cell phone service.  Heat is both woodstove and propane, appliances are either propane or electric and water is either cistern (we have a commercial well in Three Rivers who fills your water cistern which is then plumbed into you camp trailer or home AND THE WATER IS EXCELLENT and some homes have  private or shared wells on their property.
